Peru in the last year had a large amount of car accident deaths up to 3,243 and 48,000 injures. 20% of the accidents have been caused by mini-buses. A mini-bus is a small van that people can pay to go in like a normal bus but mini. There were 86,000 traffic related deaths in Lima in 2009 alone. But luckily there were only 635 people who died of the traffic accidents out of 86,000.
